Day 1: Sofia - Kresna Gorge - Oshtava.

Departure from Al. Nevsky square. Transfer in the direction of Kresna and possibility for cycling, trekking or rafting on the Struma River and Kersnen Gorge (rafting is possible from March 20 to mid-May depending on the water level). There is also a possibility of canyoning for beginners if it is not to cold. Visit to hot mineral springs in Oshtava village and visiting public bath. Lunch in the woods: barbecue, salads, drinks. Accommodation in Rusintsi villa in Oshtava village or similar. Dinner can be arranged in the villa at will. Overnight.

Day 2: In the footsteps of Vanga - volcano "Kujuh".

Breakfast. Visit Herakliya Syntica - an ancient city in southwestern Bulgaria. Rest and meditation. Transfer to Rupite Complex. Free time for a delicious lunch. Opportunity for mineral and mud baths or meditation. Evening accommodation Hotel Elena 3 * - Petrich or similar. Optionally organized dinner at a restaurant or fishpond. Overnight.

Day 3: Thessaloniki.

Breakfast. Transfer to Stay Hubrid Hostel and accommodation. Sightseeing tour of the city with a guide, a visit to the White Tower at will. In the evening, an opportunity to visit a Greek tavern with a program. A walk from Thessaloniki at night along the waterfront street. Overnight. A sightseeing excursion to Thessaloniki may be with bicycles for an additional charge.


Day 4: Trekking around Lake Kerkini.

Breakfast. Optional beach yoga for an extra charge. Chek out rooms at the Hostel. Transfer to Lake Kerkini. On the way visit the monastery of St. Jonah the Baptist. Lunch in the nature to the monastery, optional. We continue to Kerkini or Butkovsko Lake, which is known for its flora and fauna and one of the three best bird watching sites in Europe. Walking trekking can be done if desired. Departure for Bulgaria and accommodation is hotel Blazhi 2 * - Sandanski. Dinner optional. Overnight.
Instead of trekking it can be replaced with a Kerkini bike tour for an extra charge.


Day 5: Sandanski.

Breakfast. Transfer to the village of Zlatolist and the church of St. George, where Reverend Stoyna lived. Prophet and friend of Vanga. The temple was declared a cultural monument. Optional lunch at a restaurant or picnic in the churchyard. Return to Sandanski. Optional dinner with music and wine. Accommodation at the Blazhi Hotel 2 * or similar. Overnight.

Day 6: Popina Luka or Sandanski locality.

Breakfast. Transfer to the "Popina Luka" area, if the weather permits, you can visit the "Popinolak" waterfall and stay for lunch and overnight at the "Popina Luka" chalet - a very good high mountain climate resort. Free time for meditation. If you choose to stay in Sandanski, we can offer you a walk in the St. Doctor park. Optional SPA at the St. Vrach Hotel. Optional lunch at a local restaurant and leisure in the city. Optional dinner at a local restaurant with program and wine. Overnight at Blazhi Hotel 2 * or similar.

Day 7: Melnik city.

Breakfast. Transfer to Melnik and Rozhen Monastery. You can take a walking walk from the monastery to Menik for about an hour and a half and admire the quaint Melnik rocks with a wide variety of stone mushrooms, needles, cones and more. The region is famous for the production of red wine from the grape variety. Overnight at Blazhi Hotel 2 * or similar.

Day 8: Rila Monastery.

Breakfast. Transfer to the monastery of St. John Ryslki the Wonderworker. One of the most important cultural and religious monuments in Bulgaria. Pedestrian walk to the tomb of St. John Riski and the cave. Possibility for lunch in trout kennel restaurant. You can choose to stay at the Monastery or at the Tsarev Vrh Hotel. On the way back you can see the Stob pyramids. Departure for Sofia.
