50% final payment 30 days before the departure of the group.

It is considered that the offer is accepted when done via e-mail. The reservation is considered valid at the moment when the amount of the advance payment is entered into the account of Balkan Express EOOD at the full contractual amount.

Cancellations and penalties:

If a room is canceled less than 30 days before the departure of the group, the customer owes a penalty in the amount of the prepayment made in that room. In cases of force majeure, it is possible to recover the full amount.
